A Smarter Website for Cedarglen Homes

Cedarglen Homes sought a fresh digital presence—something visually inviting, easier to manage, and more closely aligned with how people actually search for homes. Their old setup had served them well, but it was time for a more flexible platform and an experience that aligned with their reputation as one of Calgary’s leading builders.

It’s important to note here that a lot of the time, the redesign/migration process isn’t about fixing a “bad” website. It’s about making sure your website evolves with you (and your needs as a business). So you don’t have to wait for your website to “break” before you can “fix” it.

For Cedarglen Homes, we migrated their site from Craft CMS to WordPress and redesigned it from the ground up. The new look is clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for floor plans, photography, and storytelling. On the backend, we focused on usability—building smart content relationships between home models, communities, and phases to make content updates easier and faster for their team.

We also added dynamic filtering and search tools to help users browse by community, model, or availability. Everything’s connected, so buyers can go from browsing to shortlisting in just a few clicks.
