From SEO Client to Website Rebuild: The MYo Lab Story

We’ve worked with MYo Lab and its owner, Dr. Evan Schwindt, on SEO for long enough that we’ve had a pretty good view of the clinic’s evolution from the sidelines.

New services have been added, the content library has grown, and we’ve probably had more conversations with Evan about movement, chiropractic care, and Google rankings than we can count.

So, eventually, one of those conversations led to the obvious question: has the website grown along with the business?

That question ultimately turned a longtime SEO partnership into a full website rebuild.

Spending the Budget Where It Mattered

We didn’t think MYo Lab needed to spend its entire budget designing every button and component from scratch. Instead, we started with an off-the-shelf Figma design and customized it around the existing MYo Lab brand. That gave us a strong visual starting point while allowing more of the investment to go toward development, content, UX, and information architecture.

And that structure mattered.

MYo Lab has grown into a multidisciplinary clinic with chiropractic care, massage therapy, exercise rehabilitation, physiotherapy, advanced therapies, and an extensive library of condition-specific information. We reorganized that content to create clearer pathways between what someone might be experiencing, the services that could be relevant, and the educational resources available to them.

We also expanded and refreshed the content and introduced more flexible WordPress modules. Now, MYo Lab has more freedom to build out new services and resources as the clinic evolves, without needing to rethink the website every time the business adds something new.

The Bigger Takeaway?

A website and an SEO strategy shouldn’t evolve independently.

Working with MYo Lab over the long term gave us something particularly valuable going into this rebuild: context. We already understood the business, its audience, its content, and where the search opportunities were. That knowledge helped us make smarter decisions about what the new website actually needed.

And sometimes, that’s how the best website projects start, not with “We need a new website,” but with “The business has changed. Does our website still support it?”

If your business has grown but your website hasn’t quite kept pace, let’s talk about web development. It’s what we’re good at.
