Noble’s Site Built for Nationwide Reach

Noble Premium Bison is a producer of high-quality, sustainably raised Canadian bison, and they needed a website that could match their reach, both across Canada and internationally.
Their goal was, one, a visual upgrade; two, they wanted a better way to connect with retail customers at home, across Canada, to provide store locations that carried their products. Three, they wanted to break into new global markets abroad.
Here’s what we did:
We worked closely with their design team to help implement a refreshed site layout and improved information architecture, making it easier for both their target audiences (retail and foodservice customers) to find what they need (benefits of bison, comparisons to other meats, and practical cooking advice, etc).
We also built a custom store locator (“Where to Buy” tool) that helps Canadian customers find Noble products in major local retailers like Sobeys, Costco, and Safeway, enhancing the accessibility and convenience of purchasing their products. This was filterable by location, and easy to update as distribution grows.
On the international front, we implemented an SEO optimized multi-language setup with translations in 9 languages, each targeted to specific global markets.
One thing that is mostly overlooked by development agencies is the branding aspect of things. This was something important to Noble. We wanted to lean into that, so we purposefully created a digital space that would allow them to blend premium product presentation with educational content and strong brand storytelling.
Overall, the website serves as an excellent example of how a food brand can effectively combine retail functionality with education and ethical storytelling. And a good thing to note: if you’re expanding into new regions or markets, building SEO right into your site saves time, protects rankings, and future proofs your reach.
