Reframing the Mission: A New Website for STARS

STARS is known across Western Canada for its helicopter missions, but their impact goes far beyond the skies. To help reflect their full critical care mission and updated “Critical Care Anywhere” brand, STARS needed a digital experience that could do more than inform—it needed to connect, engage, and tell their story.

We started with a full UX and content strategy to map out user journeys across donor types, patients, and event organizers. Then we brought their new visual identity to life with a clean design that showcases powerful stories from patients and crews alike.
The site was built on WordPress with flexible storytelling blocks, geo-targeted content, and streamlined donation and event submission tools. It’s mobile-friendly, easy to manage, and built to scale as STARS continues to evolve.
For purpose-driven brands, storytelling isn’t just nice-to-have; it’s the strategy we understand and do our best to implement.
