Royal Canadian Lodge: The First Site in InnVest’s Scalable WordPress Platform

InnVest Hotels manages three properties in Banff, each with its own visual identity—but they didn’t want three completely different websites to manage, maintain, and rebuild every few years. What they did want was a simple way to manage these unique websites.
The challenge was architectural: how do you launch three polished hotel websites quickly, keep them visually distinct, and avoid reinventing the wheel every time?
Royal Canadian Lodge was the first site in InnVest Hotels’ Banff Collection refresh—and the foundation for everything that followed.
Here’s what we did…
We developed Royal Canadian Lodge as the anchor build using a shared WordPress framework powered by Elementor. Working closely with InnVest’s designer, we implemented a refined interface that balances upscale visuals with performance and usability.
We also integrated a custom booking bar, drawing on previous hospitality builds to ensure the booking experience felt seamless, fast, and intuitive across devices. Behind the scenes, the site was structured to make content updates simple (no dev tickets required for everyday changes).
When you design the first site with scalability in mind, every site after that gets easier. Royal Canadian Lodge wasn’t just a redesign; it was the blueprint.
