The Challenge
Diversified Staffing needed an updated website that would better addressed the needs of their different users (both Employers and Job Seekers). They also needed a site that better reflected their position and level of experience, having serviced clients across Alberta and Canada for over 40 years. The site also needed to include searchable and browsable job postings list and the ability to accept applications.
The Solution
Cornerstone designed a site which positions Diversified Staffing as an established market leader and provides a wealth of information in an easy to digest format, with information specific to each audience broken out (Employers and Job Seekers), in addition to common information. The intuitive information architecture (how the site is organized) makes it quick and easy to find whatever the audience needs, even though the site includes hundreds of pages of content. The site also boasts a very intuitive user interface, which also contributes to the site’s ease of use. The site is developed using responsive design, so it looks good on all devices and screen sizes and was built in WordPress for easy updating by multiple administrators.
