The Challenge

InnVest Hotels manages multiple properties under their Banff Collection, including Royal Canadian Lodge, Banff Inn, and Charltons Banff.

While each hotel has its own distinct personality, the goal was to create a unified digital presence with efficient, easy-to-update websites. Rather than building three websites from scratch, they needed a flexible, scalable approach that would:

  • Maintain consistent branding across all sites
  • Support independent content and feature needs
  • Be simple for their internal team to update
  • Launch on a tight timeline, with minimal revisions

The Solution

Shared WordPress Platform with Elementor

Shared WordPress Platform with Elementor

All three hotel websites were built using a single, modular WordPress base with Elementor as the page builder. This gave us the flexibility to customize each site visually, while keeping the development lean and the content management experience familiar.

Royal Canadian Lodge

Royal Canadian Lodge

This was the first of the three websites to launch. We worked with InnVest’s designer to create a clean and modern interface that reflected the lodge’s upscale experience. This refreshed site showcases the elegance and warmth of the lodge while improving user experience and performance across devices.

We drew on our past experience with other brands in the hospitality industry to quickly implement a booking bar that integrates seamlessly into the design. The result is a polished, responsive site optimized for performance across all devices.

Banff Inn

Banff Inn

The Banff Inn site followed as a reskin of the Royal Canadian Lodge build—reusing the structure but adjusting the color palette and font system to reflect Banff Inn’s brand. This version also included individual room detail pages, which added a new layer of navigation and content flexibility.

We also custom-built the booking widget on the side panel, as the original Elementor template tied this functionality to WooCommerce, which didn’t align with their needs.

Charltons Banff

Charltons Banff

The final site in the collection, Charltons Banff, also followed the same Elementor-based structure. Development was incredibly efficient as we reused components from the previous two builds. With minimal revisions needed from the client (because at this point, we’d gained momentum), this site was completed over two weeks ahead of schedule.

The Result

With one shared codebase and three uniquely branded websites, InnVest Hotels now has a consistent digital presence for its Banff Collection, all without reinventing the wheel for each property.

The WordPress + Elementor approach gave us speed and flexibility. For InnVest’s internal teams, it means easy updates, reliable performance, and a consistent editing experience across all three websites.
