Creating a refined digital experience for one of Lake Louise’s most iconic luxury destinations.
As a longstanding luxury destination in Lake Louise, Post Hotel & Spa was ready to evolve its digital presence to better reflect the sophistication of the guest experience. The website needed a more modern approach to content structure, with a focus on improving how information was organized, presented, and accessed.
The goal was to make it easier for users to explore accommodations, amenities, and experiences, and ultimately make booking and purchasing more seamless.
In collaboration with our design partner, we led a visual refresh that brought a clean, elegant design system to the forefront. An elevated approach to design that supported a clean and intuitive content hierarchy was prioritized in the redesign, with a strong focus on usability and SEO. The new layout allows content to breathe, improving readability and user engagement while maintaining the brand’s timeless charm.
Built on Craft CMS, the new site gives the Post Hotel team full control over their content, with a flexible, modular setup that supports seasonal changes, updates, and future expansions.
To improve usability and support the user journey, we implemented a custom navigation system with a simplified structure and clear content hierarchy. We also added advanced room filtering and on-site search to help visitors quickly find the right accommodation, making the whole experience faster and more straightforward.
We added a booking widget right into the site to make reservations quick and easy. Plus, a new gift card ordering system lets guests purchase and send gifts online — opening up more ways for the hotel to connect with customers and boost online sales.
The new website delivers a polished, user-friendly experience that aligns with Post Hotel & Spa’s vision. It’s easier for guests to navigate, explore, and book—and just as easy for the internal team to manage. The redesign has strengthened the hotel’s digital presence and provided a solid foundation for future growth.
Communication during the project was strong, timelines were adhered to, and the finished product looked as presented in design phase. Of all the sites I have worked on, I would say this one was turned over in the best shape I have experienced. Overall we were really happy with the build of this site – Thank you!
