We've been very lucky here at Cornerstone to have recruited some of the best team members around. We've found that our very simple hiring process has served us well. It works like this:

  1. Tick the boxes. Do you have the necessary skills and experience to do the job?
  2. Culture fit. Our interview process usually involves at least three separate meetings. We’re looking for cultural/personality fit at this point, so you’ll meet lots of different team members.

We take our time when we hire. Sometimes we even ‘test drive’ with small contract or project-based opportunities before committing to the long term employment marriage. We know how disruptive a bad fit can be, and we don’t want that any more than you do.
